Who collects the data

What data and why
Your email address, your child's age in years, your town and your answer to “how did you hear about us”, if you give one. After signing up you may also, but don't have to, answer a few questions: on how many days last week your child had organised movement, what activities you paid for in the last year, what you have tried at home and whether you are considering a sports class, and whether you reserve the price of £34 a year after the pilot. We don't ask for your child's name or about their health. The data is used only to contact you about the pilot (invitation, start date, link to the app), to fit the pilot to families and to count how many families are interested. No ads, no profiling and no offers for other products.
Legal basis and withdrawing consent
We process the data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and, for people in the UK, the UK GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to kontakt@skokolo.com. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before.
How long
Until the end of the pilot and 3 months after it. If you withdraw consent, we delete the data straight away.
Who has access
Only the controller. The data is stored on a server in the European Union (Amsterdam) with the hosting provider Railway Corporation (USA), which processes it on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) or to the authority where you live (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
